Architecture

  • Co-Location building for student research and company.

  • Open Lobby space and floor space.

  • Contains Classrooms, instructional rooms, lounge areas, multipurpose assembly spaces, offices, and retail space.

electrical

  • Incoming service is provided to a 3000 Amp switchboard at penthouse.

  • 10 Transformers located throughout, with a min of 30KVA to a max 75 KVA.

  • Panel boards are located on 1,3,6 floors providing lighting and receptacles

Mechanical

  • A single 255,000 CFM cooling tower.

  • 3,000 BTU Natural gas, Fire tube boiler at penthouse.

  • Water cooled air-conditioning systems with inlet return air acoustical plenums.

Structural

  • All floors are 5 1/4” reinforced concrete slabs that are tied in with curtain wall system.

  • Minimal columns and beams at lobby and a floors 2 and above.

  • Unique truss system and lateral bracing.
